Standard Shipping Policy ...
Our suppliers will ship your order directly to you from their respective warehouses. They then bill t-CBC for their actual shipping costs plus, in some cases, a per-order handling fee. We used to charge you a shipping rate per each supplier; however, even though your order will still come in as many packages as you selected suppliers, t-CBC.com now charges you only ONE shipping and handling fee.
The t-CBC STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE is $4.95 for first item plus $.95 each additional item. Your shipping rate would only vary from this standard if the item ordered is unusually light or unusually bulky or heavy in weight.
When an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out within 3 business days. Depending on the shipping method selected by that supplier (t-CBC ordinarily requests US Media Mail in order to contain costs whenever possible) you should receive your order within ten days to two weeks of the order date. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Orders cannot be processed on weekends or holidays.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept orders that will ship to a United States location.
Refund Policy:
T-CBC ordinarily offers no refunds or returns to our customers, in order to enable the most advantageous prices. If for some reason you are completely disatisified with the item that you ordered, you may ship it back to us at your own expense and, if completely unused and in saleable condition, we will issue a merchandise credit.
In the Unlikely Event of Shipping Damages or Errors:
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may very occasionally occur during shipping. If a product is received damaged, this must be reported to the shipping company within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials.
Please notify t-CBC of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon our supplier receiving credit from the shipper, t-CBC will arrange for the product to be re-shipped to you.
Of course if an incorrect product is shipped, or a product you receive is defective, we will gladly facilitate correction of the mistake.
